Cardiff Blues prop Gethin Jenkins has recovered from injury and will make his first appearance of the season against Leinster on Friday.
The 33-year-old Wales international missed the opening three games of the Pro12 season because of a calf injury.
Jenkins' return sees him reunited with Wales and British and Irish Lions prop Adam Jones, who joined the Blues from Ospreys in the summer.
Alongside them hooker Kristian Dacey will make his 50th Blues appearance.
