Wales defence coach Shaun Edwards says two of South Africa's main threats on Saturday could be Willie le Roux and Cornal Hendricks.
Full-back le Roux, 25, helped the Springboks beat Wales twice in June 2014 by scoring a try in both Tests.
"He [le Roux] was the main torturer for us," Edwards said.
And although Liam Williams apologised for the Boks' late winning try in the second game, Edwards says wing Hendricks, 26, deserved the credit.
"He made the break which probably won them the second Test," he said.
"They are two outstanding individual players. Willie le Roux is well known throughout world rugby, but I've got to say that I was unpleasantly surprised how good Hendricks was in the summer.
"He's a guy who played sevens rugby and a guy who I have got a lot of respect for.
"I didn't know that much about him before that, but after that series it's clear to see why he was such an outstanding sevens player."

Hendricks is not the only player Edwards is wary of as Wales prepare for their final autumn Test.
"They've got threats all over the field, the Springboks," said Edwards.
"They have an incredibly powerful forward pack, the defence is as good, if not the best in the world at the moment.
"They've got outstanding backs as well, who've got a lot of speed; intelligent players, a constructive kicking game as well.
"And they've got an outstanding full-back as well in Willie le Roux - he was the main torturer for us throughout the summer."
Warren Gatland's Wales side have only beaten Fiji this autumn, losing to both Australia and New Zealand.
A win over the Springboks would give Wales and their coaches a boost ahead of the 2015 Six Nations and the World Cup that follows.
South Africa have beaten Italy and England, but lost 29-15 against Ireland at the start of their autumn campaign.
"It's important to remember that the conditions in Ireland were very different to what we play in at the Millennium Stadium," said Edwards.
