Worcester Warriors have won all seven of their home games at Sixways this season

Worcester Warriors have been drawn at home to Welsh Premiership leaders Pontypridd in the quarter-finals of the British & Irish Cup.

In the other three ties, Doncaster are at home to Munster 'A', Bristol will play host to Yorkshire Carnegie and Rotherham will entertain Leinster 'A'.

Dean Ryan's men were guaranteed a home tie by enjoying a 100% winning record in Pool Three.

A year is a long time in rugby

Worcester have now won their last 13 matches since losing to Bristol in the dying seconds on the opening day of the season. It contrasts with this time last year when they were in the middle of a 22-match losing streak that saw them relegated from the Premiership.

They completed that with Saturday's 43-24 win over Nottingham at Sixways.

Flanker Sam Betty ran in two of their six tries, while prop Val Rapava Ruskin, wing Sam Smith, and centres Max Stelling and Andy Symons were the others to cross the whitewash.

Ryan Lamb kicked four conversions and a penalty, while Symonds, on as a replacement, also kicked a conversion, prior to his late try.

Full draw (23/24/25 January): Doncaster Knights v Munster 'A', Worcester Warriors v Pontypridd, Bristol v Yorkshire Carnegie, Rotherham Titans v Leinster 'A'.
