Exeter have signed winger James Short from London Irish on a one-year deal.
He joined London Irish from Saracens last season, having been part of the Sarries side that won the 2011 Premiership final, in which he scored the only try against Leicester., external
Short started 16 games for the Exiles last season and scored five tries, including three in the Premiership.
The 25-year-old is the second winger to be added to Exeter's squad, with Olly Woodburn arriving from Bath.
"I'm excited about the move, it's a new challenge for me, but one that I am very much looking forward to," Short said.
"Exeter are a great club, they have a great set-up and you only have to look at recent seasons to see they are a club who are on the rise."
Former Wales international Tom James has returned to Cardiff, while Tonga's Fetu'u Vainikolo left Sandy Park this summer after his contract came to an end.
Exeter head coach Rob Baxter has further bolstered his backs for the forthcoming season with Italy centre Michele Campagnaro and St Helens' rugby league player Josh Jones, who is expected to play at centre when he joins at the end of the Super League season.
