Cardiff Blues: HMRC winding up order dismissed in High Court
- Published

Cardiff Blues played Ulster in their latest Pro12 match on Friday, 23 October.
A winding up order against Cardiff Blues Ltd over a tax debt has been dismissed.
The Welsh rugby region was on a list of companies scheduled to be wound up at London's High Court by insolvency judge, Registrar Sally Barber.
However, counsel for HM Revenue and Customs asked the judge to formally dismiss the case, which she did.
Nothing was said in relation to the tax debt, and the Blues have been asked to comment.
