Ospreys' Dan Biggar faces competition from Sam Davies at fly-half

Ospreys coach Steve Tandy says he is happy to have selection dilemmas after his team's perfect start to the season.

They are top of the Pro12 after becoming the first team in the competition's history to secure bonus-point wins in the opening three games.

The 64-10 demolition of Treviso saw Wales internationals Dan Biggar and Alun Wyn Jones make their first appearances this term.

"Hopefully I've got some selection headaches coming up," said Tandy.

Jones and Biggar were among four Wales internationals to come off the bench during the nine-try rout at Liberty Stadium.

Fly-half Sam Davies continued his impressive early season form and Tandy also highlighted scrum-half Tom Habberfield and lock Lloyd Ashley.

"It was great to get everyone back up to speed and getting Biggs [Biggar] and Alun Wyn on there to be part of the group again was great," said Tandy.

"It's about creating squad depth with the likes of Tom Habberfield and Lloyd Ashley with Alun Wyn coming on and Biggar coming on for Sam [Davies]."

Ospreys, having beaten Zebre and Connacht in their opening two games, now face away games against Leinster and Ulster.

"It's going to get tougher, with back-to-back games in Ireland," added Tandy.

"I think the boys will be pretty confident, but Leinster had a great away win [at Edinburgh] and it's going to be our toughest game so far.

"You can only be confident if you've done your work during the week and we can't just turn up at Leinster and expect to play well.

"You've got to work as well, but the boys have been doing that - they've been spot on. We've got to continue to do that."
