Wales women's rugby: Autumn matches set for Cardiff Arms Park

Wales women's rugby team will play two matches this autumn, including an international against Scotland.

Rowland Phillips' side play the Scots at Cardiff Arms Park on 29 October.

That will be followed on Friday, 11 November by a match against UK Armed Forces at the same venue.

The fixtures - the first autumn games for the Wales women's team - were announced by the game's governing body World Rugby and United Kingdom Armed Forces Rugby.

The Welsh Rugby Union are expected to confirm the fixtures on Friday.

The Armed Forces squad includes four Wales internationals - Gemma Rowland, Charlotte Murray, Bethan Dainton and Sian Williams.
