Ben Te'o: England and Worcester centre set to miss start of Six Nations
- Published
England centre Ben Te'o is expected to miss the start of Six Nations because of the ankle problem which has ruled him out since October.
The 30-year-old Worcester Warriors back has not played since sustaining the injury in the club's Challenge Cup win over Brive on 14 October and is set to be sidelined for a further six weeks.
England begin their tournament away against Italy on Sunday, 4 February.
New Zealand-born Te'o has played in eight Tests for England.
Meanwhile, Warriors half-backs Jonny Arr and Tom Heathcote will both be out until the Spring because of their concussion injuries.
Arr is likely to be out until the beginning of March, while Heathcote is to have his injury reviewed in April.
