Harlequins began their Challenge Cup campaign with a convincing win over French side Agen at Twickenham Stoop.
England back Mike Brown crossed to put Quins ahead, before tries from Charlie Mulchrone and debutant Semi Kunatani gave them a 21-8 half-time lead.
The home side's dominance continued straight after the break as Nathan Earle ran in to earn a bonus point.
George Merrick bundled over, while a penalty try and tries from Joe Marchant and Kunatani rounded off the win.
Agen crossed three times through Loris Tolot, Fouad Yaha and Facundo Bosch but they were no more than consolations against the three-time Challenge Cup winners.
Harlequins' next game is a trip to Grenoble in south-east France on Saturday before the competition takes a seven-week break.
