The Sharks banked a bonus point before half-time when Paolo Odogwu's try cancelled out Darly Domvo's opener before Chris Ashton scored twice and Ben Curry added a fourth.
The hosts had Cyril Cazeaux sent off for foul play just before the break and Sale took advantage with four tries.
Will Cliff, Denny Solomona, a penalty try and Odogwu's second sealed victory.
