Taine Basham: Dragons back-rower out for up to 10 weeks with arm fracture

Dragons back-rower Taine Basham faces between eight and 10 weeks out injured with a fractured forearm.
Basham was forced off during the Pro14 loss at Scarlets on New Year's Day.
The 21-year-old's injury is a blow for Dragons, who are already without Wales internationals Ross Moriarty and Ollie Griffiths in the back row.
"I've had three [fractured forearms] myself so I would say it will be a good eight to 10 weeks," said Dragons director of rugby Dean Ryan.
"I think it's a blow to Taine. We all saw Taine's ability last year.
"Like all good players, he hit a bit of a sticky patch when everybody's all over you in your second year and he'd started to come out the other end showing real good form.
"It's more about Taine's own trajectory - that's why I'm most disappointed because you've got to remember he's still learning the game.
"He was getting better all the time so a 10-week absence is a shame for him."
Dragons are next in action against Ospreys at Rodney Parade on Saturday (17:15 GMT).
They will also be without Wales back Jonah Holmes, who was replaced before half-time against Scarlets with concussion.
