BBC Sport online users chose their Wales XV for the first Test and there were six differences from the official side that will line-up against South Africa on Saturday.

Your pack has five players not selected by Wales head coach Wayne Pivac, who hands a first cap to Tommy Reffell.

Tomos Williams was the voters choice at scrum-half while Pivac opted for Kieran Hardy.

But it is amongst the forwards where the differences are most marked.

Number eight Taulupe Faletau was the most popular choice with voters - picked in more than 96% of your teams - and he will start at Loftus Versfeld.

However, the other players in Pivac's back row are Dan Lydiate and Leicester flanker Reffell, while you favoured Josh Navidi and Taine Basham.

You would have included props Wyn Jones and Tomas Francis as well as Alun Wyn Jones at lock. Pivac has selected Gareth Thomas, Dillon Lewis and Will Rowlands

Behind the scrum Hardy is the only difference between the side you wanted to see and the one that will take the field this weekend.

Full-back Liam Williams, fly-half Dan Biggar and wing Josh Adams were among the most popular choices - in around nine of every ten selections.

You can still pick your XV but your selections won't be counted towards the result - and remember to share your picks on social media using #bbcrugby.
