Wales have lost Taulupe Faletau and fly-half Gareth Anscombe for their decisive third Test against South Africa in Cape Town.

Anscombe misses out with a rib injury and is replaced by Rhys Patchell on the replacements bench.

Ospreys fly-half Anscombe kicked the winning conversion in the 13-12 second Test win in Bloemfontein after coming on for captain Dan Biggar.

Faletau was the later withdrawal, replaced by Josh Navidi.

Taine Basham took over on the Wales bench from Navidi.

Prop Dillon Lewis and Biggar suffered injuries in the second Test, but recovered to start.
