Coach Rob Baxter has made five changes to his starting XV for Exeter Chiefs' game against Glasgow Warriors in the Investec Champions Cup.

Centre Rory O'Loughlin comes into the side to partner Henry Slade, a move which sees regular inside centre Joe Hawkins drop to the bench.

Prop Alec Hepburn makes his first start of the season, with hooker Jack Yeandle captaining the side.

Lock Dafydd Jenkins, who was captain for the win over Munster, is absent.

Rusi Tuima and Lewis Pearson start in the second row in the absence of Jenkins, with Jacques Vermeulen, Ethan Roots and Greg Fisilau in the back row.

The Chiefs won their opening game of the Champions Cup away at Toulon, thanks to a late Slade conversion, and backed up that victory with the bonus-point win against Munster.

Scrum-half Tom Cairns returns to the side following their 42-36 defeat by Northampton Saints last weekend - a game where they led 26-0 - with Stu Townsend dropping to the bench.

Glasgow head coach Franco Smith makes six changes to his side, who won their previous Champions Cup game against Bayonne, after defeat by Northampton in their opening match.

Former Stirling Wolves and Scotland Under-20 hooker Gregor Hiddleston is set to make his professional debut, and he is joined by experienced props Oli Kebble and Zander Fagerson in the front row.

Henco Venter and Matt Fagerson come into the back row, with Ally Miller continuing his run in the team with a move to blindside flanker.

Duncan Weir makes only a third start of the season at fly-half in the only change to the Glasgow backline.

Exeter's final pool game is against Bayonne on 21 January, with Glasgow hosting Toulon on 19 January.
