Bath have made five changes for their final pool game at Toulouse as they bid to secure a home tie in the Investec Champions Cup last 16.
Niall Annett comes in at hooker, Max Ojomoh starts at outside centre and Matt Gallagher is named at full-back.
Josh Bayliss makes his first start of the season at six and Chris Cloete is at openside with Miles Reid moving to eight for the suspended Alfie Barbeary.
Bath can claim a home tie with a losing bonus point while a win seals the pool.
Scotland's Blair Kinghorn starts at full-back for the hosts, with France half-back pairing of Antoine Dupont and Thomas Ramos steering the attack from fly-half.
Toulouse have also qualified for the knockout stages and will top the group with victory.
