Ireland have made 10 changes for Saturday's final Women's Rugby World Cup warm-up match with Canada in Belfast.
Wing Beibhinn Parsons, fly-half Dannagh O'Brien and the back row of Grace Moore, Ivana Kiripati and Brittany Hogan are the only players to retain their places from last week's win over Scotland in Cork.
Hooker Neve Jones will lead the side in Belfast and Sam Monaghan will be co-captain from the bench.
Former England prop Ellena Perry could earn her first Ireland cap after being named among the replacements.
Speaking to reporters after naming his team, head coach Scott Bemand said that while star back row Aoife Wafer is "tracking nicely" ahead of Monday's squad announcement, the Canada game has come too soon for her return from a knee injury.
Bemand, who is already without forwards Erin King and Dorothy Wall for the World Cup, added prop Christy Haney (hamstring) and back row Edel McMahon (knee) are unavailable for Saturday's game.
"Christy Haney has picked up a bump, a hamstring piece so that rules her out of consideration for this [game]," said Bemand.
On co-captain McMahon, Bemand added: "She's back on pitch and training and is doing a great job, bringing her leadership capabilities and setting the standard within straining as she always had.
"This one probably comes a beat early but she's right on the cusp of being ready. There'll be a piece that she's in the mix but not quite yet.
"Over the course of the summer we've just being managing a knee piece. She's back on pitch training with the group now and ramping up the training minutes."

Bemand has made substantial changes for the match against the Canadians, who are ranked second in the world and won the WXV fixture between the sides last year.
Props Niamh O'Dowd and Linda Djougang will join Jones in the front row, while the second row consists of Ulster's Fiona Tuite and Ruth Campbell.
The back row of Moore, Kiripati, who made her debut against Scotland, and Brittany Hogan is unchanged.
Aoibheann Reilly joins O'Brien at half-back and Enya Breen and Aoife Dalton will start at centre.
Stacey Flood is named at full-back and will be joined in the back three by wings Anna McGann and Sevens star Parsons.
Bemand has opted for a six-two split on the bench, which consists of forwards Cliodhna Moloney-MacDonald, Perry, Ulster's Sadhbh McGrath, Eimear Corri-Fallon, Monaghan and Claire Boles.
Emily Lane and Eve Higgins are the backs cover on the bench.
Ireland will face Japan, Spain and New Zealand in Pool C at the World Cup in England.
Former Ireland internationals Lindsay Peat, Claire Small and Fiona Hayes will join presenter Nicola McCarthy and commentator Oisin Langan in Belfast from 11:50 BST on BBC iPlayer & BBC Two NI.
