South African props Johannes Jonker and Juan Schoeman are among four players leaving Bath following the conclusion of the 2023-24 season.

Schoeman, 32, made 62 appearances for the club - including 22 this campaign - after joining from Sharks in 2020.

Jonker, 29, signed the following year and featured 27 times.

Prop Kieran Verden and centre Max Wright will also depart.

Wright, 27, joined Bath in 2017 and made 40 appearances since, while Verden, 25, has been at the Rec for eight years having come through the academy.

However both players have only featured in the Premiership Rugby Cup in the last two seasons.

Bath finished second in the final Premiership table this season, behind leaders Northampton on points difference, and will take on Sale in the play-off semi-finals at home on Saturday, 1 June.
