Women's Six Nations fixtures & BBC coverage
England beat France for their third Grand Slam in a row in 2024
- Published
BBC Sport has live match coverage and video highlights of every game in the Women's Six Nations as England seek to make it seven titles in a row.
The Red Roses sealed their third successive Six Nations Grand Slam by comfortably beating France in Bordeaux last year.
John Mitchell's side, ranked number one in the world, start the defence of their title against Italy in York on Sunday.
England have won their past 20 matches and are favourites to win the World Cup, which they host in August and September.
France are the last team to have beaten the Red Roses in the Six Nations, doing so in the 2018 campaign, and are expected to be their closest challengers for the title.
A much-improved Ireland, who pulled off a remarkable win over New Zealand at WXV1 in September, finished third in the Six Nations last year and open their campaign at home to France on Saturday.
Scotland finished a point behind Ireland 12 months ago, taking fourth spot, and host last season's Wooden Spoon side Wales in their opening game, also on Saturday.
The 2025 Six Nations runs from Saturday until the final round on 26 April, with England's match against France at Allianz Stadium the last game to kick off on that potentially decisive day.
