Women's Six Nations highlights: Ireland 5-49 England

  • Published

England are in pole position to seal their seventh Women's Six Nations title in a row after three bonus-point wins.

Victory for England over Scotland in Leicester on Saturday, with defeat for second-placed France in Italy, would guarantee the Red Roses' the title with one game to spare.

But wins for John Mitchell's side and Les Bleus would set up a Grand Slam decider when they meet in the championship's final game at Allianz Stadium on 26 April.

Last year, the Red Roses sealed their third successive Six Nations Grand Slam by beating France in Bordeaux.

Mitchell's world number one side have now won 23 successive matches and are favourites to win their home World Cup in August and September.

Their most recent loss in a Six Nations fixture came against France in 2018.

BBC Sport has live match coverage and video highlights of every game in the Women's Six Nations.
