Morgan Morris will lead Ospreys against Zebre in Parma on Saturday in a side missing two of Wales' standout autumn Tests players Dewi Lake and Jac Morgan.
Hooker Lake and flanker Morgan are being rested but centre Owen Watkin starts after he made only a replacement appearance against South Africa for Wales.
Wing Keelan Giles makes his 100th Ospreys appearance while Kieran Williams joins Watkin in midfield.
Lock James Fender returns from injury but Ospreys are without injured Wales and British and Irish Lions second row Adam Beard.
Blind-side flanker Rusiate Nasove is set for his debut for bottom side Zebre while open-side Bautista Stavile is back after injury for his first appearance of the campaign.

Zebre Parma’s only win so far this season was 42-33 at home against Munster in round two.
Their most recent victory over a Welsh region in the URC came when Dragons visited Parma in April 2022. They have only once beaten Ospreys.
Ospreys brought a three-game losing run to an end by beating Edinburgh in their last outing - a result that left Zebre bottom of the league - but have not won outside Wales since beating Stormers in Cape Town in April.
Ospreys boss Toby Booth said: "There’s not a lot between a lot of the teams in the URC, Zebre have given us a tough game in recent years.
"They will be full of enthusiasm and, like many games, this one will be about how each team applies themselves on the day.”
