Bristol lock Joe Batley has signed a new deal to stay with the Prem club.
The 29-year-old has played 77 games since re-joining Bristol in 2022 following Worcester Warriors' collapse, having previously played for Bears when they were in the Championship.
The back-rower, who previously signed a deal until 2026, has been a consistent presence for Bristol when available, starting 55 of the past 56 matches for the club.
"Joe 2.0, since he's come back, is a different level and he's enjoyed it and he's been a big contributor here so really pleased to extend his time here at the Bears," director of rugby Pat Lam told BBC Radio Bristol.

"His journey has been exactly what life is about - you think it's a straight upward curve but there's so many challenges you face and it's how you go about those and he's had his fair share.
"What you want to see is resilience, growth and that's what you've got with Joe."
Batley said one of his three career goals was to reach a century of appearances for the Bears, as well as win the Prem title with the club and play for England.
"I truly believe this is the best place for me to do that," Batley said.
"The culture here, the supporters and the people - it all feels special and I'm excited for what's ahead."
