Wales flanker Bryonie King returns from injury to captain Gwalia Lightning against Glasgow Warriors in the Celtic Challenge.
King missed the 29-7 defeat to Clovers in round three after picking up an ankle injury, but will lead the side at Ystrad Mynach.
Co-captain Gwennan Hopkins is unavailable after failing a head injury assessment.
But Lighting do welcome back fellow Wales international Sian Jones at scrum-half, while Rhodd Parry is named at full-back, with Courtney Greenway moving to the wing.
Catherine Richards is once again unavailable for selection after being called to train with Great Britain Sevens.
Lighting won back-to-back Welsh derbies against Brython Thunder before last weekend's defeat at Kingspan.
They currently sit fourth in the table, while Glasgow are still looking for a first win of the tournament.
"We know Glasgow Warriors will see this game as an opportunity after our first defeat of the campaign but it's our job to prove what a good side we are," said Lightning head coach Catrina Nicholas-McLaughlin.
"We have some players missing but that provides others with an opportunity to stake their claim and have experience of Celtic Challenge rugby and prove they deserve to be playing at this level.
"We know we need to produce a Gwalia performance at home after the disappointment in Belfast last weekend."
