Bath Rugby winger Ruaridh McConnochie has signed a new one-year contract.

The 32-year-old England international's deal was due to expire at the end of the season but the extension means he is now under contract until the summer of 2025.

"I still feel I can contribute here on and off the field as this group grows and be part of a squad that wins silverware for this city," he said. , external

McConnochie joined Bath in 2018 and has scored 21 tries for the club, including two this season.

Bath head of rugby Johann van Graan said: “Ruaridh is a true professional, a club man, and always does his best for the team.

"He is also an exceptional rugby player, specifically in the air, an extremely good communicator and a very good finisher. I am very glad that he is staying at Bath Rugby.”
