Harlequins have signed former England forward Harriet Millar-Mills and prop Lizzie Hanlon from Exeter Chiefs.
Millar-Mills, who has won 66 caps for England, joined the Chiefs last year and helped them reach the Premiership Women's Rugby semi-finals.
The 33-year-old scored five tries in 22 appearances for Exeter last season, having previously played for Wasps.
"I'm thrilled to move back to London to embrace new career opportunities whilst being able to play rugby at the top level for Quins," Millar-Mills told the Harlequins website, external.
"It's an exciting time to join the club, there's a good mix of experience and youth in the squad, and I can't wait to meet my new team-mates and get started."
Hanlon, 22, played 39 games for the Chiefs and made her England debut against Ireland in the Six Nations in April.
"I'm really excited to be joining the club I supported when I first started playing," Hanlon said. "I'm looking forward to developing my game, playing with a great group and pulling on the Quins shirt for the first time."
