Former Wales captain Alun Wyn Jones has shared his experiences of being diagnosed and living with a common heart condition.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) affects 1.4 million people in the UK.

It causes an irregular heart rhythm, but because it is usually symptomless, there could be up to half a million people who do not know they have it.

World rugby's record cap-holder Jones appeared on BBC's Morning Live as part of Global Atrial Fibrillation Awareness Week.
