Exeter's Wales forward Christ Tshiunza will miss the autumn internationals after revealing that he has broken his foot.
The 23-year-old was injured in the 33-33 draw with Northampton on Sunday.
On Thursday he posted on Instagram, external an image of his right foot in a brace and an X-ray image with the phrase "first time was so nice I had to do twice".
It is the second time he Tshiunza broken his foot - he missed five months of the 2023-24 season after suffering a similar injury in his first game back from the World Cup.
Exeter say the second row will be out for 8-12 weeks, starting with the Prem Rugby home game with Newcastle Red Bulls on Saturday, 4 October.
It also means he will miss Wales' programme of internationals in November.
They host Argentina on Sunday, 9 November before facing Japan, New Zealand and South Africa on subsequent Saturdays at Cardiff's Principality Stadium.
"Christ came off at half-time last weekend in some pain and on further investigation this week, it has been found that he has broken his foot," Exeter director of rugby Rob Baxter said.
"Following further assessment, the decision has been made that the injury will be able to heal by itself over time and not require surgery."
