Glasgow head coach Franco Smith tells Premier Sports: "Sione has been champing at the bit for a while and we're all excited to see him running out there tonight."
Some of Glasgow's 2015 title winning side are at Scotstoun tonight, 10 years on from that triumph, and Smith touches on their presence:
"We want to have the same camaraderie in 10 years. They are all still friends and we use that as a classic example of how we want this group to be."

Munster interim head coach Ian Costello tells Premier Sports: "We were very open and transparent that [the Edinburgh game] was our worst performance of the season. We have to transfer that hurt into our game tonight.
"There's a very healthy rivalry [in this game] but that's what you want. They are champions and knocked us out last year.
"Any side coached by Franco is very innovative so we need to be on high alert at set-piece and need to be at our very best to get a result tonight."
