Head coach Sean Lynn says it would be an amazing achievement if Wales could complete a series win against Australia.
Wales are playing on Australian soil for the first time in their history and claimed an impressive 21-12 victory in Brisbane last weekend.
Both sides have made sweeping changes in what will be their final preparations ahead of the Rugby World Cup which kicks off in three weeks.
Lynn says he is wary of the wounded Wallaroos as they prepare for their Sydney showdown.
"We know Australia are going to come at us, they're a proud nation just like us and we've got to see if we can back up our performance," he said.
"I've been so impressed with the 30 players and their positivity,
"The girls who weren't involved last week, they were amazing, they helped the starting 15 as much as they could and it's been the same again this week.
"I keep saying it, we're not the finished article, there's still a lot we need to be looking at, but everything that I spoke about when we first turned up for pre-season, we're making small positive steps."

Jasmine Joyce-Butchers will win her 50th cap on Friday as head coach Sean Lynn has made seven changes to the side that won the first Test 21-12 in Brisbane.
Lynn is looking to give players game time in Wales' final encounter before the Rugby World Cup later in August.
Kate Williams comes into the back row with fellow co-captain Alex Callender, while there is an all new front row of Gwenllian Pyrs, Carys Phillips and a fit-again Sisilia Tuipulotu, who makes her first start since September.
Abbie Fleming replaces Georgia Evans at lock to complete the pack with Bethan Lewis and Gwen Crabb.
Kayleigh Powell is given a run out at fly-half in place of Lleucu George with Keira Bevan at scrum-half, while Carys Cox forms a new centre partnership with Courtney Keight.
The backline remains the same with Joyce-Butchers, Lisa Neumann and full-back Nel Metcalfe, who gave a two-try player of the match performance last weekend, forming the back three.
Jenni Scoble, Meg Davies and Catherine Richards are set to make their first appearances of the tour from the bench.
George was a late withdrawal because of a minor thigh strain with Hannah Dallavalle coming onto the bench.
Wales: Nel Metcalfe; Jasmine Joyce-Butchers, Carys Cox, Courtney Keight, Lisa Neumann; Kayleigh Powell, Keira Bevan; Gwenllian Pyrs, Carys Phillips, Sisilia Tuipulotu, Gwen Crabb, Abbie Fleming, Kate Williams (co-capt), Bethan Lewis, Alex Callender (co-capt).

Hello and welcome to the start of a festival of rugby in Sydney this weekend.
Tomorrow we have Andy Farrell's British and Irish Lions side trying to clinch a 3-0 series win against the Wallabies at the Accor Stadium.
But before that, Wales women will attempt to seal a 2-0 series victory at the North Sydney Oval as Sean Lynn's side aim to back up their success against the Wallaroos in Brisbane six days ago.
