Sean Everitt will be very pleased at the way his Edinburgh side has taken the fight to Munster in this opening half-hour. They have made life very uncomfortable and are forcing uncharacteristic mistakes from the champions.

Ben Vellacott made a huge impact off the bench against Zebre last week and has started in the same vein here. His box-kicks are causing Munster problems in the air and his tempo both with and without the ball is setting the agenda.

  20. Gut check time for Edinburghpublished at 19:39 British Summer Time 17 May

    Edinburgh 0-0 Munster

    Andy Burke
    BBC Scotland at Hive Stadium

Edinburgh have been slowly building in recent weeks with three wins on the bounce, but their performances haven't always been wholly convincing.

This is a real test of where this Edinburgh side are. Munster have been gathering momentum themselves as we get towards the business end of the season in ominously similar fashion to last season when they won the URC title.

Beautiful evening for a game of rugby in the Scottish capital.
