Goodnight from the Paradepublished at 21:11 British Summer Time 20 September
FT: Wales 31-24 Australia
We've seen a little piece of Welsh rugby history tonight with Wales Women's first victory over Australia.
Player of the match Keira Bevan, replacement hooker Molly Reardon (twice) and Alisha Joyce-Butchers all went over as Wales shrugged off a shaky start to dominate early in the second half.
History looked to have been snatched from their grasp when the Wallaroos crossed late, but then Wales summoned a huge final effort that was finished by flanker Kate Williams for the winning score.
The lineout, discipline and determination were real pluses for Wales that Ioan Cunningham will be beaming about.
But there are certainly things to work on, not least the passing and restarts.
And there is a major injury worry over hooker Rosie Carr.
But for now, let's revel in a victory that just adds more spice to next week's opening game of WXV2 in South Africa when these two teams meet again.
I only hope it's half as good as this match.
So join us then for live coverage from Cape Town.
Goodnight.
