France swept Ireland aside 27-15 in Belfast last weekend and come into this game as strong favourites.

France v Scotland (13:00 GMT)
France have lost just two of their previous 22 Guinness
Women’s Six Nations matches against Scotland (W19, D1) and are unbeaten in their last 13 (W12 D1); their last meeting
in France resulted in a 55-0 victory for Les Bleues in Vannes in 2023.
France have won 43 of their 44 Guinness Women’s Six
Nations home games against sides other than England (L1), including each of their last 41 by an average margin of 29
points, however, their only previous defeat did come against Scotland (14-19 in 2003).
Scotland have won five of their last eight Guinness
Women’s Six Nations matches (L3), as many victories as in their preceding 66 outings combined (D2 L59), however, they have
lost each of their previous 17 Round 2 fixtures.
Scotland won two of their three away games in the 2024
Guinness Women’s Six Nations (L1), having won just one of their previous 39 games on the road (D1, L37) – their only
away defeat last year came by a margin of just three points (12-15 v Ireland).
Scotland made 10 line breaks against Wales in Round 1, the
most of any side last weekend; in fact, it was more than they made across their last four matches of the 2024
Guinness Women’s Six Nations (9) – they failed to make a single line break against France last year, the only time
Les Bleues haven’t conceded any in a Championship fixture this decade.
Scotland winger Francesca McGhie made the most line breaks
(4) and beat the most defenders (10) of any player across the opening round of this year’s Guinness Women’s Six
Nations – McGhie made a line break and beat four defenders in just eight minutes of game time during her only
previous Championship match against France, in 2023.

Jade Konkel starts at number eight in place of the suspended Evie Gallagher
Scotland head coach Bryan Easson has chosen Jade Konkel to start in place of the suspended Evie Gallagher for this afternoon's match.
It is the sole change from Scotland's win over Wales in the opening round of the tournament.
Gallagher was shown a red card last weekend after a review for an illegal clear-out on Wales' replacement hooker Kelsey Jones and was subsequently banned for one game.
There could be debuts for prop Molly Poolman and second row Becky Boyd who are among the replacements.
Leah Bartlett remains on the bench after her try against Wales.
