Right, that will do us for the evening.

At one point it looked like a really disappointing night for Scottish rugby but Glasgow managed to snatch a losing bonus point while Edinburgh rescued a dramatic draw with the last kick of the game.

Genuinely hard to fathom. Remember, for all the reaction head to the Scottish Rugby topic page.

    Ciao for now.

  2. Smith 'still proud' of Glasgow despite defeatpublished at 21:52 British Summer Time

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 19-26 Bulls

Glasgow head coach Franco Smith tells BBC Scotland: "We must expect this from URC, not just the Bulls. There is quality sides pushing each other every week.

"We've done well to be second for a long time. If we face the previous finalists of last year, you'd expect a tough game. The game got away from us. When we missed touch with the score at 9-7, we gave away two tries in the space of 15 minutes.

"I'm still proud of the effort, the boys kept on playing until the end. We ended up pushing for a bonus point. Very happy that we didn't give up and kept working hard, which is the character of this team.

"The Bulls came here with a mission. They made 189 tackles tonight, 80 more than we did. Despite that, we got so many line-breaks but they scrambled well to defend. Compliments to them. They forced us into errors."

  3. Bulls will be 'massively disappointed' with late collapsepublished at 21:45 British Summer Time

The defensive from the Bulls is really what stood out. Yes, Glasgow snuck a couple towards the end, but the Bulls switched off with two minutes to go.

Five more minutes in that game and we could have had something very different.

Why didn't the Bulls take the three points at the end to wipe out the bonus point? That could be huge, I don't know if the players clocked it.

They'll be massively disappointed in that.

  4. So many questions for Glasgowpublished at 21:37 British Summer Time

Only four points between fifth and 11th in the URC table. This is going to the last minute of the last game in terms of the top eight.

Edinburgh did a Glasgow in Parma and salvaged something at the death. It's all incredibly, scarily tight.

Glasgow's worries lie elsewhere. When are they getting their big hitters back? How many of them will be available next time around?

They need as many of their injured cavalry as possible because I have a fear that after their home quarter-final, they'll be going away from home in the semi-final, if they get that far.

So many questions for them right now.

  5. 'We're not as good as people think we are'published at 21:36 British Summer Time

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 19-26 Bulls

Glasgow Warriors' scrum-half George Horne tells Premier Sports: "Both teams were flying in, it was a massively physical game and fair play to them, they put in a lot of big shots.

"We're still one point ahead. Massive two games coming up, we'll do our best to win both of them and then see what happens. We're guaranteed a quarter here at Scotstoun. After that, anything can happen.

"We'll have to get a lot better. We showed tonight that we're not as good as some people think we are. A lot of work to be done."

  6. 'Not about revenge' for Bulls - Nortjepublished at 21:30 British Summer Time

    FT: Glasgow Warriors 19-26 Bulls

Player of the match Bulls' prop Jan-Hendrik Wessels tells Premier Sports: "We knew it wouldn't be easy. We came out fighting for each other. We had a big win last week and we wanted to match it. The guys wanted to stick together, we fought for each other and it worked well.

"We knew it would be difficult having two knock-out games and then two massive games on the road. If we can build on this momentum, anything can happen."

Bulls' captain Ruan Nortje: "With a guy like [Cameron] Hanekom who has been out, Jan has filled his shoes tremendously. It's awesome to know a guy like him can play hooker and prop. It's a massive boost for us.

"For us, it's not about revenge at all. Glasgow came to Loftus and won fair and square, credit to them. For us, today was about rectifying what we did last week and coming in with the same intent. I'm so proud of the boys."

  7. Madcap conclusion keeps Glasgow in second, for now...published at 21:26 British Summer Time

A bonkers conclusion and Glasgow have somehow rescued a losing bonus point. Not sure how, but they did it and it was massively important.

They stay second when I'd already put them down to third.

The Bulls will be annoyed at their late lapse, but they're still warm favourites to secure second in the final two weeks.

    They have easier games.

  8. Great Scott!published at 21:26 British Summer Time

    FT: Zebre 25-25 Edinburgh

    Chris Paterson
Former Scotland international on Premier Sports

It's incredible - a big impact from Cammy Scott in his first year as a pro, delivering under pressure.

The try was excellent from Matt Currie as well.

What does this mean in the race for the play-offs. Who knows?

  9. Full-time Zebre 25-25 Edinburghpublished at 21:24 British Summer Time

And he nails the kick! An unbelievable left-footed effort from the touchline from the youngster!

Edinburgh somehow rescue something from the fire - a draw in Parma.

  10. try

Try Zebre 25-23 EDINBURGHpublished at 80 mins

    Matt Currie

Harry Paterson takes Edinburgh up the pitch, they aren't done yet.

The fullback then finds Darcy Graham on a superb line, and he lofts a pass to Matt Currie on the wing. He barges over and Edinburgh score.

Cammy Scott to kick for the draw...

  11. Full-time Glasgow Warriors 19-26 Bullspublished at 21:21 British Summer Time

There's a knock on from the restart and Glasgow won't get the chance to go for the draw.

The Bulls could go for it and take away the losing bonus point... but Willie Le Roux just boots it out.

    Zebre 25-18 Edinburgh

Giovanni Montimauri further stretches Zebre's lead and that will be that in Parma, surely.

    Stafford McDowall

    That is ridiculous, Glasgow!

Ollie Smith steps three or four players and bursts right down the pitch. He offloads to Tom Jordan, who keeps it alive. They come back left, with the Bulls blowing, and McDowall runs it in.

Horne slots the kick. Seven points, with 30 seconds left.

  14. try

Try GLASGOW WARRIORS 12-26 Bullspublished at 76 mins

    Kyle Steyn

It'll be too little, too late.

The blitz defence is beaten by the speed and accuracy of Glasgow's passing as Ollie Smith finds Kyle Steyn deep on the right, and he sprints over into the corner.

George Horne hasn't got a lot to work with and misses the kick.

  15. Penaltypublished at 73 mins

    Zebre 22-18 Edinburgh

That might be that for Edinburgh.

They'd done well to weather the storm after Muncaster's yellow card but they give away a kickable penalty and replacement Giovanni Montemauri slots the kick.

  16. Postpublished at 71 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 7-26 Bulls

Rory Darge breaks free and Glasgow get up the pitch. The Bulls recover though and there is just no way through that blue wall.

After plenty of phases, an exhausted-looking Tom Jordan loops a pass straight into touch. That sums it up.

  17. Worrying times for depleted Glasgowpublished at 68 mins

    Glasgow Warriors 7-26 Bulls

    Tom English
BBC Scotland's chief sports writer at Scotstoun

This game is done. There's no way Glasgow are coming back from this. The Bulls have done a serious number on them.

The big issue now is whether the Bulls can get a bonus-point win, which put them into second place.

That would be a major, major result for them with significant ramifications for home advantage in the semi-final, if they get there - they might be robbing Glasgow of that opportunity.

Mind you, on current form, Glasgow are by no means sure of winning their home quarter-final. Again, injuries are a big part of this, but they look a team with no ideas tonight.

The momentum seemed to be with Edinburgh but Ben Muncaster has been sin binned.

Suddenly, it's Zebre knocking on the door looking to extend their lead.

    Glasgow Warriors 7-26 Bulls

Bulls have got the Glasgow scrum on roller-skates. They've gone to the corner again. The Warriors have no answers right now.

They get a reprieve at least, as Keagan Johannes knocks on at the line-out.

  20. converted try

Converted try Zebre 19-18 EDINBURGHpublished at 62 mins

    Boan Venter

    Tap, and go, go, go!

Venter taps from five metres out and blasts his way over. He's celebrating but the referee is yet to be convinced.

They're checking this, but it won't take long. A clear grounding!
