Wales flanker Alex Mann hopes to return stronger than ever after six months on the sidelines.

Mann, 22, will make his first start since April for Cardiff who visit French side Lyon on Saturday in the European Challenge Cup.

The former Wales Under-20s captain made an impact in a breakthrough 2023-24 campaign and featured in all of Wales' 2024 Six Nations matches before back trouble curtailed his season.
