Our job to reignite the flame for fans - Lake
Wales rugby captain Dewi Lake says the men's national football team's 7-1 win over North Macedonia has given his side a lift before Saturday's meeting with New Zealand.
The rugby squad watched Wales' thumping World Cup qualifying triumph together in their hotel on Tuesday, with Lake offering "massive congrats" to Craig Bellamy's team.
He said the footballers "excited the nation" and that Wales' rugby team must now do the same.
"It's our job to reignite the flame in supporters' bellies," Lake said.
