Evans 'disappointed' at Wales' Lions quota
British and Irish Lions chair Ieuan Evans says he is "disappointed as a Welshman" that only two Welsh players were picked for the tour of Australia this summer.
Ospreys flanker Jac Morgan - the Wales captain - and Gloucester scrum-half Tomos Williams are the only Welsh players selected in head coach Andy Farrell's 38-man squad.
It is Wales' lowest post-World War Two total for a Lions tour, but Evans who was one of just five Welsh players on the 1993 tour - the previous lowest figure – has encouraged the Welsh pair force their way into the test side.
