Former Wales captain Ken Owens questions what the plan is for Welsh rugby as Warren Gatland’s side bid to avoid a 12th successive defeat when they face South Africa on Saturday.

Gatland and his squad are under pressure but Owens told Scrum V The Warm Up he believes scrutiny needs to focus on the people making decisions on the future strategy of the game in Wales.
