Brecel falls short of the century, cutting a black but it hangs over the pocket to stop the break at 92. But it won't bother him too much as he now leads 8-7.

Judd Trump nudges to 58-5 with Brecel needing one snooker with two reds left on the table. He pots a red but misses the following black and concedes.

We've already seen one cracking quarter-final today with Mark Williams edging a final-frame decider and this on its way to epic status too.

Trump started the day with a two-frame lead, then fell two frames behind, but has now made it level.

Trump misses a tricky black along the top cushion and Brecel comes to the table 4-37 behind.

It has taken five frames, but Judd Trump has his first frame of the day in the bag. A break of 61 helps, so too did 12 points from three failed attempts from Brecel to get out of a horrendously difficult snooker.

Zhao Xintong said it was a little bit of a "surprise" that he is performing at the level he is having a served a 20-month ban in a match-fixing scandal.

He did not directly throw a match, but accepted charges of being a party to another player fixing two matches and betting on matches himself.

However, he has now won 45 out of 47 matches since returning, with 34 of those victories on the Q Tour.
