Phelipe Rodrigues: 'It will be hard to do my last splash'

Phelipe Rodrigues is a Paralympic legend in Brazil. After the 2016 Rio Games, where he won four medals, he said he witnessed a shift in the public perception of Para-athletes in his home nation. "The people started to treat us like proper athletes. That was the ground zero for Para-sport in Brazil," he says.
