North Wales Crusaders 24-42 Swinton Lions

North Wales Crusaders slumped to a 24-42 defeat at home to Swinton Lions in the Kingstone Press Championship.

The Welsh side are playing their home games at The Rock, home of Cefn Druids FC, whilst drainage work is carried out at the Racecourse.

Despite scoring two first-half tries the Crusaders trailed 20-8 at the break.

Three quick tries for Swinton in a nine minute spell after the break put the game beyond the Crusaders.

The Crusaders are now 11th in the table with 18 points, four points above Swinton, Barrow and Rochdale.
