World champion Lee Selby expects to fight the winner of Saturday's highly-anticipated featherweight fight between Carl Frampton and Leo Santa Cruz.

Frampton aims to become Northern Ireland's first two-weight world boxing champion by beating the Mexican, who has won world titles at three weights.

Selby will be ringside in New York.

"I will be first in the queue, I want to fight the winner next. I'm heading to New York to accept their offers, I'm ready," Selby told BBC Radio Wales.

"It should be simple to make," he continued. "We are all advised by Al Haymon, so all the fighters are in-house, so it should be easy to make the fight."

Selby believes he is superior to both Frampton and Santa Cruz, a contest he believes "is a 50-50 fight".

"I think I am more than worthy to face the winner," he said.

"I am a world champion myself and styles make fights. My style beats their style.

"They have come from a smaller weight. I am a watered-down welterweight and they are blown-up super bantamweights, so my size advantage is massive.

"I am waiting for the winner of this fight."

IBF world featherweight champion Selby is not expecting to fight before he faces Frampton or Santa Cruz and insists there is now no chance of meeting British rival Josh Warrington.

Selby accused Warrington of 'running scared,' after talks fell through over arranging a summer contest at Leeds' Elland Road.

"Josh Warrington talks like he wants to fight me, but he doesn't," Selby added.

"We agreed the fight, he calls me out after every one of his boxing matches. But we agreed for July.

"He pulled out and said he was getting married and then took a lesser opponent [he fights Patrick Hyland on Saturday in Leeds] for the same date.

"He will probably win this fight and then call me out. But it's all useless, the fight isn't going to happen, there is no action."
