Rio 2016 Paralympics: Rachel Morris reaches single sculls final

British Para-rower Rachel Morris won her heat in the arms only single sculls to qualify for Sunday's final at the Paralympic Games in Rio.

The 37-year-old is looking to add to her medal collection having won hand cycling gold in Beijing and bronze at London 2012.

Elsewhere, table tennis world number one Rob Davies secured his place in the next round of the Class 1 category.

Davies, 32, won his second qualifier, beating Italian Andrea Borgato 3-2.

Fellow Welshman Paul Davies lost 3-1 to South Korea's Chang Ho Lee and will face Brazil's Aloisio Lima in the final group match.

Paul Karabardak's Games are over having lost his first group game in Class 6 against Hong Kyu Park he was defeated by Matias Pino of Chile in his second game later on Friday.

On the track, Jordan Howe was disqualified for a false start in the T35 100m heats while Olivia Breen finished seventh in the T38 100m final.
