Great Britain's Elise Christie's historic World Cup season continued with victory in the 1500m in the short-track speed skating meeting in Dresden.

The 22-year-old took gold ahead of South Korean Kim Min-Jung and Canada's Marie-Eve Drolet.

The skater became the first Briton to win an overall World Cup title last week as she was crowned the 1000m short-track champion.

Christie has also collected European gold medals over both 1000m and 1500m.

The Scot is in action in the 500m, along with GB team-mate Charlotte Gilmartin, on Sunday.

Dresden is the final World Cup but the season culminates with the World Championships in Debrecen, Hungary, between 8-10 March.
