Man seriously hurt as car ploughs into him
The crash happened on Park Lane, Broughton, on Friday

A man standing at the boot of his vehicle was seriously injured when a car ploughed into his parked car.
The victim, who is aged in his 70s, suffered life-threatening injuries shortly before 13:00 BST on Park Lane in Broughton, Salford.
A BMW 420i struck the stationary Vauxhall Mokka, Greater Manchester Police said. The Vauxhall was shunted backwards and hit the man.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash, or who may have any footage, to come forward.
