A man was pronounced dead after being pulled from the sea at Skegness, police have said.

Lincolnshire Police said it received a call from HM Coastguard shortly after 18:00 BST on Tuesday reporting a man in his 30s had been rescued from the water.

The force added he was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed, said officers.

On Friday, a woman in her 60s died after being pulled from the water at the same resort.
