Family pays tribute to teenager killed in crash

Tributes have been paid to an 18-year-old from Hereford who was killed in a road collision.

Billy Hollingsworth died in a crash between a car and a lorry on the A4103 in Yarkhill in the early hours of Monday.

Police said the driver of the car died at the scene, while the lorry driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Posting on social media, external, Mr Hollingsworth's family said: "No words can describe the pain we feel at the loss of our beautiful Billy. We're not sure how we are going to do life without him in it."

The family also thanked others for their support, saying: "We so, so appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received, but we're broken.

"Our boy. We love you."

West Mercia Police is appealing for witnesses, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage.
