Motorcyclist dies after two-vehicle crash

A man has died following a crash involving a motorbike and a car.

Gloucestershire Police said the collision, which involved a Honda motorcycle and an Audi A4, happened on the A433 Tetbury Road in Cirencester at around 09:15 BST on Saturday.

The man in his 50s, from South Cerney, Gloucestershire, who was riding the motorbike died at the scene.

The road, between Cirencester and Tetbury, remains closed while investigations continue.

Gloucestershire Police said the man's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.

The force has appealed for anyone with information, or relevant dashcam footage, to get in touch.
