Flames battled at barn blaze for 31 hours

Firefighters have managed to put out the fire that engulfed a barn in Cornwall after a 31-hour battle.
Launceston Fire Station said on Facebook on Sunday, external that the fire in Launceston was fully extinguished - the initial call-out was about 04:45 on Saturday.
The post said the operation to extinguish the flames took 31 hours to complete and the site had been handed back to the farmer.
Firefighters who tackled the blaze said more than 100 tonnes of hay had been inside the barn.
'Further spread prevented'
The post said crews from Callington, Liskeard, Bodmin, Tavistock, St Austell, Torpoint and Mevagissey also attended the incident.
It said the flames were contained to a single barn and did not spread to neighbouring buildings.
