A man has suffered a "stab wound" in an incident in Cornwall, police say.
Devon and Cornwall Police said they received reports of a serious assault at about 10:25 BST on Tuesday in Wadebridge.
Officers attended a property at Oak View Road, where a man aged in his 30s, was found injured.
A knife was located at the scene and a 31-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, police said.
The injured man was taken to hospital for treatment and his injuries were not being treated as life-threatening or life-changing, a police spokesperson said.
The woman is still custody.
Det Insp Pete Gee, of Devon and Cornwall Police, said: "Officers remain in the area this morning [Wednesday], carrying out inquiries in relation to the matter.
"We would like to reassure the community that this is being treated as an isolated incident and we believed those involved are known to each other.
"At this time, we are not seeking to speak to anyone else in relation to this."
