Teenage girl sexually assaulted while waiting for bus

A teenage girl has been sexually assaulted while waiting for a bus in south Belfast, police have said.

Police said a man approached the girl while she was with her friends on Adelaide street at about 21:30 GMT on Saturday.

The man touched the girl inappropriately and made sexual comments towards her.

He is described as being in his mid 40s, bald with a black beard, a heavy build, and was wearing a beige jacket and blue jeans.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
