Emergency services search city river for body

Emergency services have been stood down after responding to a report of a body in a river.

Norfolk Police said it was called just before 08:00 BST on Friday to the River Wensum in Norwich.

The alert was raised at Bishop Bridge.

Fire crews were among the emergency services that attended.

Crews were later stood down, having not found anything, a police spokesperson said.
