Damage caused when a lorry crashed into a Grade II listed park lodge and statue will be repaired, its owners have pledged.
The truck was delivering construction material to a nearby site when it hit the gable end of Hall Park Lodge, set within the grounds of the listed Hall Park in Workington, Cumbria.
Part of a column was damaged, toppling a unicorn statue - the emblem of the Curwen family, former owners of the ruined Workington Hall which sits in the park's grounds.
Castles and Coasts Housing Association (C&CHA), which owns the lodge, said it was working to establish the cost of the repairs and would "recover any of these costs as appropriate".
David Elwood, head of maintenance at the housing association, said they were sorry their tenant's home was damaged.
He added: "As the home is a Grade II listed building, there are specific processes we have to follow and we are taking all of the necessary steps and liaising with Cumberland Council so that we can carry out the work needed as soon as we are able."

The lorry was delivering materials for the redevelopment of the walled garden in the park, part of a £10m project funded by Cumberland Council and the government.
Cumberland Council said it had spoken to the companies involved on how they will prevent "any risks to safety or property".

A council spokesman said: "As the local planning authority, Cumberland Council will work with C&CHA to ensure that repairs are in keeping with the building/park status."
The Grade I listed Workington Hall sits within the grounds of Hall Park, a short distance away from the park lodge.

The castle was bult around a pele tower dating back to the 14th Century.
Mary Queen of Scots was given shelter there by the Curwen family in 1568, before she was captured and executed.
